Dear Ma’am Taguitag;

Greetings!

I would like to ask permission to take leave on the afternoon of Agust 14 until August 17,
2019. The reason for this is because I have receive 3D2N trip to Malaysia as a birthday
gift last July 23, 2019.

I am sorry for the short notice because my cousin informed me just 2 days ago.

I promise to arrange everything in order before I will take my leave. And to be more
efficient after I come back.

I am also asking if can you give me a copy of your business permit just in case they will
ask it from me in Immigration. I am willing to explain the details if ever you have any
more question.
