Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I am Randy H. David/GPW On-Call. I am writing this letter to deeply apologize for
being absent on May 29,2022. The reason I was absent was I went to barangay san jose tagaytay
because my brother-in-law asked for assistance to join for their feeding program of MCGI (Dating Daan).
I couldn’t file for leave because I knew that the program would end early and I expect to get home early
to get to work. But I was told that we would leave around 5pm so I immediately advise from GC On-call
avise that I might not make it. It was about 7:30pm when i get home,but because of tired I did not try to
go to hiring hall.

I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I promise to never repeat this and make sure to inform before any
future absences. I hope my apology can be accepted and I can continue to work harder.

I will be grateful if you could forgive me for this time. I look forward to your kindness regarding this
matter.
