    We are writing you in connection with the rental rate in Robinsons Galleria. As you may be aware
    management has instructed us to conduct further study for the said location. Based on the result of our
    initial study, we anticipated that we will not capture the potential markets right away because the foot
    traffic is less compared to other Mall locations.

    In line with this we would like to request for the rental reduction for your consideration and if
    possible, not to escalate our rental rent by year 2020.
