Greetings!

I am writing this letter to respectfully request from your office that the undersigned
tenant be allowed to have an exclusive parking space in front of our leased area. We
have been experiencing difficulty in parking our service evehicle considering that there
is a TODA beside our intended parking space, wherein they have already occupied
beyond the allotted area granted to them. Thus to avoid any conflicts that may arise
between us and the people from the TODA, we would like to request that we may be
given our exclusive parking space considering that we have been a tenant of the market
for more than ten (10) years already. This will greatly help us in our day to day
operation. Thus, I am earnestly hoping that this request will be granted.
