SUBJECT : FORMAL NOTICE OF DEMAND

Sir:

The undersigned write on behalf of the Cooperative, ERDB Multi-purpose Cooperative

(“ERDB-MC” for brevity), arising from the Partnership Agreement entered on 12
September 2019, in lieu of the investment made on the Gasoline Station with Rapide
Auto Service and Aunicaj Care Carwash located in Panagsayan, Barangay Halylayin,
Siniloan, Laguna.

Final demand is hereby made upon you to pay/return the investment to the Cooperative
amounting to ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
1,200,000.00), representing sixty (60) slots/shares for Php 20,000.00 per slot/share.

Should you fail to comply with this demand within ten (10) days from receipt of this
letter, we shall be constrained to file all appropriate complaints against you to protect the
Cooperative’s interests. We shall hold you liable, in case of suit, for interest, damages,
attorney’s fees and other charges as may be incurred.

Please give this matter your immediate and preferential attention.

(“ERDB-MC” for brevity), arising from the Partnership Agreement entered on 21 May
2019, in lieu of the investment made on the Gasoline Station located at Mataas na Lupa,
Indang Cavite.

Final demand is hereby made upon you to pay/return the investment to the Cooperative
amounting to FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 400,000.00),
representing twenty (20) slots/shares for Php 20,000.00 per slot/share.

Should you fail to comply with this demand within ten (10) days from receipt of this
letter, we shall be constrained to file all appropriate complaints against you to protect the
Cooperative’s interests. We shall hold you liable, in case of suit, for interest, damages,
attorney’s fees and other charges as may be incurred.
