Re: CAR RENTAL

We submit, for your consideration, our terms and conditions for the engagement of our
rental/leasing our vehicle for your official business purposes. Our services will be made
available under the following terms and conditions:

1. TERMS - This agreement shall take effect on ___________________ to _______________;

2. The Owner hereby agrees to rent the following vehicle to the Renter;

3. The Renter understands that the vehicle is for use only for Business Purpose anywhere
in LUZON;

4. The Renter agrees to pay a base fee of Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000.00) per day in
Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Pampanga and Bulacan area. However, in outside the
said areas additional of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00), exclusive of the 12% VAT.
Payment should be made every 20th of the month, without need of notice.

5. The Renter further agrees to follow all city and government rules and restrictions
regarding use and operation of the vehicle.

 6. The Renter will be held accountable for any damages incurred while renting the vehicle.
The Renter has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before the renting term begins
and confirms that it is in good operable condition and clean;

7. The Renters shall shoulder the Fuel, Parking Fee and Toll Fee in every trip.
