    On behalf of the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau, the latter


    would like to express its gratitude to ALEXIS SECURITY AGENCY PROVIDER
    PHILS. CO. INC. for the service that the Agency has rendered in favor of the
    Bureau.

    As provided in the executed Contract of Security Service, between ERDB and


    the Agency, the same will end on 31 December 2023, however, in order to ensure
    continuity in the provision of security services while the procurement of the regular
    contract is still pending, an extension of one month, if you conform, which shall
    commence from 01 January 2024 to 31 January 2024 is hereby requested.
