That a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of “InfoMerge Services Inc.” held in August
05, 2023 at which meeting a quorum was present and acting throughout, the following resolution
was unanimously adopted and approved.

“RESOLVED, that Ramtee Chua is hereby authorized representative of InfoMerge Services Inc. to
file, process, transact, pay, sign all documents and claim/receive in behalf of the Corporation.
