SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, CATHERINE CO DY, single and of legal age, a resident of Legazpi City Tiles and Paints Center, and
CAROLINE DY CHAN, married and of legal age, a resident of Legazpi Home Depot Rizal St., Tinago, Legazpi City,
do hereby name, constitute, and appoint our lawful Attorney-In-Fact our brother ANTHONY JUDE CO DY, single
and of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Legazpi Citi Home Depot, Rizal St., Tinago, Legazpi City, to do and
perform the following acts in our behalf:

1. To allow the construction of a residential unit on a co-owned property;

2. To acquire a construction/building permit in his name;

3. To sign papers and/or documents in relation to the above undertaking.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact all that power and authority to do and
perform all and every act necessary or requisite to perform and carry into effect all the foregoing acts, as fully as to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that our said attorney-in-fact shall do by virtue hereof.
