Assembly 4. Mounting of the internal assembly (See Fig. 5.)

Align the octagon of the bottom of the case and housing, and mount the internal assembly on the case.
2. Items to be checked before replacement 5. Mounting of the drain cock assembly. (See Fig. 6.)
Rotate the drain cock assembly clockwise by hand and tighten it lightly.
A. If the auto drain continues to blow, please take the following steps. Apply a wrench to the lock nut while holding the head of the chamber in place, and tighten it Wrench (Nominal: 24mm)
Tightening torque guide: 2Nm
　1) Rotate the drain cock anticlockwise until it is loose and idle it until the hook of the piston assembly and drain cock assembly are engaged and a clicking sound is heard.
after reducing the pressure of the line to 0MPa.(See Figure 1.) The tightening torque of the lock nut is shown in the right side as a guide.

B. When drain piping is connected to the auto drain, please check the following items.
・ When the drain piping is a tube type, check that the tube is not bent. Figure 1
・ Check that the outside diameter of the connected drain piping is 10mm or more and its length is 5m or less.
・ Check that there are no rising parts in the connected drain piping.
　 If any of these items are applicable, the auto drain may malfunction. hook of the piston assembly

　　If any abnormalities are found in item (A) or (B) and the problems are not solved,
　　it will be necessary to replace the auto drain.
　　Please replace the auto drain in accordance with the replacement work procedure.

3. Replacement work procedure

Table 2 shows the replacement work procedure of the auto drain.
