progress in a daily journal. This is an
awesome way to appreciate how far Training
you’ve come, evaluate the areas of

your life that need improvement and
keep you thankful for the good things Stress / Emotions
in life! I’ve listed some ideas opposite

Choose at least one hour of


your day to avoid all screens -
laptops, phones, yep - even TV.
Find something productive to do
instead.
