FLAN

INGREDIENTS

 6 spoons of sugar for the flan


 3 spoons of sugar for the caramel
 6 large eggs, at room temperature
 ½ liter of milk
 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or some liquor (cointreau, cognac)

INSTRUCTIONS
CARAMEL
1. Put the sugar in the container where you will steam the
2. Heat it till it is melted and brown

FLAN

1. whisk all of the eggs.


2. Add the milk, the sugar and the vanilla or liquor
3. Mix well
4. Pour into the container where you have made the caramel
SPANISH OMELLETTE

INGREDIENTS
 1/2kg potatoes
 1 onion
 6 eggs
 Salt
 Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
2. Peel and slice the onion thinly.
3. Fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes
4. Add the onion
5. Beat 4 eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix.
6. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the excess oil and add them into the bowl with the
beaten eggs. Mix everything together .
7. Leave only a bit of oil in the pan so the tortilla does not stick
8. Cook until set around the edges, flip over (using a large plate) and cook until done
