TCC: The Mad Scientist

Long ago there was a scientist who is a bit gore and doesn’t show any
kind of humanity in his experiments his name is Dr. Kubo. He experimented
different human bodies even before the alien and cyborg race discovery in the
universe. The human government had a hard time to stop him because of the
weapons and discoveries that he had that helped the humans in their daily living.
So, when the aliens and cyborg race was discovered and roamed around the
universe. They had a contact with Dr. Kubo they asked him to be his ally and
be part of the Alien or Cyborg Race but he refused to.

Aliens and Cyborgs cannot do a harm to him because of his intellect and
they cannot waste their resource just to capture a single man. So, Dr. Kubo
took advantage of this and he became an underground trader wherein he is being
a double agent for Human Race and Alien/Cyborg Race. His underground name
is The Mad Scientist because there is no single race in the universe who can
control him and who knows what is he thinking about.

The only thing they know about him is he’s not siding to any race and
he just get some information regarding about every race and living his life under
the ground. He also helps when a race asks for his help but it comes with a
highly cost payment. Thus, He was called The Mad Scientist
