In 200 words, write the similarities and differences between the English and Mathematics
languages. Cite your own examples or illustrations.

Both languages are distinct but also similar. Both are sign and symbol languages that can be used
to form "words," "sentences," and "tales," and these "stories" have a universal grammar that
makes them languages of intercultural communication. A system of communication needs to
have vocabulary, grammar, syntax, and users and understanders in order to be categorized as a
language. According to this view, mathematics is a language. A universal language exists in
math. The organization and symbols used to create equations are the same around the world.
English is a universal language that is spoken all over the world and enables communication
between individuals from different countries for a variety of purposes. Although it is a language
utilized in science, mathematics is also a language that is used to communicate and explain
numerous situations in daily life. The medium of natural language is quite active. It is always
evolving and changing. While the concept is consistent with mathematical terminology. For
instance, in natural language, the usage of a word in a phrase alters its meaning.
Like the English language, mathematics has its own vocabulary. In the mathematical language,
certain words in the English language have different or similar meanings. When you come across
a mathematical problem, you quickly consider the ideas and tenets that could be applied to solve
it. Even in real life, we continually make an effort to comprehend what others are saying when
they speak in order to avoid being misunderstood when we react. According to Leshem &
Markovits (2013), there are similarities and differences between the languages of English and
mathematics. They both use signs and symbols to create words, phrases, and stories. These
"tales" have a universal syntax, which makes them a form of global communication.
