2.0 UNDERGROUND CABLE

The price includes the work of supplying, installing,

connecting, soldering the ends of the cable, digging
trenches, sowing sand, laying bricks / uPVC cable
protective covers (uPVC cable protective covers), burying,
plowing, stretching nylon rope 6mm gp orange 300mm
from ground surface and compress in accordance with
PWD standard rules including the price of labor, machinery
and materials. COPPER type cable and comply with the
following:-

i) The cable price shall include cable gland terminations,

connections, cable markers etc. according to the relevant
drawings.

ii) All cables crossing roads, drains and covered walkways

etc. shall be covered with galvanized iron pipes.

metal covered finish.
ii) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning
Switchboards complete with copper busbar, MCCB,
RCCB, MCB, etc. according to the drawings.

iii) All distribution boards and user units shall be of the metal-
covered / insulated type complete with Moulded Case
Circuit Breaker (MCCB), Residual Current Circuit Breaker
(RCCB), Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), etc. for a
complete installation system.

iv) All cables shall be of copper type and cable prices shall
include connections etc. according to specifications.

v) The successful tenderer must submit the relevant MSB /

SSB / DB / FP 'shop drawing' to JKR (e) for approval
review before reservation.

1 FLOOD LIGHTING LED INSTALLATION TESTING

REPORT.

installation and the equipment of the Contractor Works as
required in the relevant Specifications including providing all
necessary labour, materials, transportation, appliance or
equipment, electricity and fuels, and paying all fees and

a. Testing and commisioning of the whole road lighting

installation using calibrated and appropriate equipment must
include:-

i) Luminance (cd/m2) and illuminance (lux) test in accordance

with the computer plot.

ii) Insulation resistance, polarity and continuity test for all

cables, Insulation resistance test for pole to pole shall be
included.

iii) Earth resistance test at all Feeder Pillars

b. All testing report shall be complied and submitted to the

S.O.'s Representative for approval.

2 UPON COMPLETION

As-Fitted Drawings (using AUTOCAD R14 or above) - lump 500.00 500.00

including 3 sets of A3 size drawings, (photostat) printed sum
together with catalog, results of electrical installation tests,
Inventory etc. according to JKR (E) Perak requirements in

3 SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
