Reference is made to your submission of Completion Report & Defect List, with regards to the
above-mentioned subject.

Please be informed that works under the above named contract, including all amendments
thereto, have been satisfactorily completed. As stipulated in the contract, the Defect Liability
Period (DLP) shall end by 14 October 2020, two (2) years from the date of completion.

However, there are few documents that shall need to be submitted within 30 days from the date
of this letter;
i. As-built drawing
ii. Product Warranty Certificate (signage sheeting, coloured pavement, traffic light
Equipment etc.)

The delay in submission would affect the processing of your next claim related to the items in
the Bill of Quantity.

With regard to the above, attached herewith duly signed Certificate of Practical Completion
(CPC) for your safekeeping.
