The rates and prices inserted shall be deemed to have allowed for compliance with the above stipulations and other
documents forming part of the Contract.
PRECAST CONCRETE PILES
Pay Lengths
i) The pay lengths for the supply only for each pile shall be equal to the driven length
ii) Any pile which have been casted and not used shall not be paid for
iii) The pay lengths for the driving of each pile shall be the actual length driven as measured frm cut toe cut-off level. The
cuoff level shall be 75mm above the base of pile cap.
iv) The contractor is to aware of the above condition and allow all costs thereto in adherence to the equipment
v) Surplus of piles shall be removed from site and shall not be re-used
A It is obligation of the Contractor before commencement and after the completion of the Piling Works, but before casting of
pile caps to engage a Licensed Surveyor to set out the corrrect allignment and eccentricity of each pile strictly in
accordance with the Engineer's layout drawings or any other drawings subsequently issued by the S.O. during the
