GOOD PEOPLE

Once upon a time in a town called "Pueblo Viejo", there lived a family of cockroaches in
the main drainage of the town. One day at dusk, the family "The good people" formed
by Cucarachón (father), cucarachin (oldest son) and cucarachito (youngest son) heard
a roar, so they decided to leave their home to see who was stalking them, so they found
the presence of a centipede. So, worried about his natural enemy, the cockroach decided
to confront him and reach a dialogue in order to save his children.

-Hello, why did you come all this way? [Cockroach]

-Hello, I don't want to bother you, but I haven't eaten anything for two nights and I
have nowhere to spend this one. Also tell you that my time of life is approaching and
the only thing I am looking for is to spend my last days in the presence of love and
peace. [centipede]

-You will know that my children feel haunted by your presence, but it is not in my heart
to hold a grudge for what happened to my wife. [Cockroach]

-I also came here looking for peace for what happened to my husband, he died the same
night as your wife. We were intimidated by a family of our own species at the entrance
of the village and all we wanted was to feed ourselves since the food had run out.

-The same thing we were looking for, but I don't want to remember the tragedy, so you
can come in and make yourself comfortable, my children will give you food while I
prepared your room. [Roach]

Cockroach's children were surprised by the attentions that their father had towards
the centipede, so they decided to talk to him and let him know that they did not agree
with the presence of their new tenant.

- I don't think it's a good idea what you're doing, father [Cucarachin]!

-Neither do I [Cucarachito].

-I came to a dialogue and all she's looking for is food, peace and love. She is already
old, and she needs to be happy in the little time she has left to live. I need your help, I
would like us to have a dinner in honor of our guest, what do you think?

-We agree father [Cucarachin].

The family decided to have a special dinner, but just that night the poor centipede was
in pain and did not want to scare the family, as he thought they might mistake his
pain as blackmail. But cockroach noticed the poor centipede complaining and decided
to go and help her in her grief.
