BRIEF HISTORY
PT Adhimed was established on June
21, 2016 as a private limited company
in Jakarta. We are a company engaged
in the distribution of medical
equipment and hospital equipment,
which initially started with the sale of
medical devices for personal use, we continue to grow from year to year
so that our products expand and include medical equipment for clinical
and medical needs. We always try to find manufacturers with the best
quality so that the products we supply to various clinics and hospitals are
high-quality and guaranteed products. Until now, we have consistently
provided solutions for various markets and application needs and offer a
variety of innovative products to our customers from various locations in
Indonesia, we have also established good relationships with various
leading clinics and hospitals in Indonesia.

With the rapid business growth and the recognition we have received as
one of the best medical device distributors in Indonesia in our relatively
new business age, we are confident to try to expand our business reach by
not only supplying medical devices to clinics and hospitals but also to
research laboratories and retail stores of medical devices at affordable

STRATEGIC DIRECTION

To support the company's mission, overall PT Adhimed's competitive

strategy is to expand the market segment to distribute quality medical
devices at affordable prices. In general, this strategy tries to reach the
company in a tight industrial competition with the support of the
company's functional organizational structure where employees are
based on the area of professional competence of each employee so that
each employee achieves the best level of their performance according to
their respective specializations. This organizational structure also allows
for clear leadership and employees regarding decision-making and
implementation. To ensure that every employee can perform at their best,
the company makes effort to create a work environment that includes a
level of respect, empathy, and thorough understanding among co-
workers.

The company's short-term goal is to maximize intense internal growth

with product quality and customer satisfaction. The company is trying to
achieve this by acquiring a strong customer base in the domestic market.
With a strong consumer base on the island of Java, the company tries to-

-expand its customer base to markets outside Java such as Sumatra,

Kalimantan, and Bali. The company executed this plan by trying to open a
branch office in the city of Bandar Lampung. This city was chosen
considering the location that can be easily accessed from the island of Java
and it can be easier to reach the island of Sumatra considering the
manufacturers that produce medical devices from around the island of
Java.

After gaining a strong market share in Java and Sumatra, the company
plans to implement its long-term goal of seeking integrative external
growth into the industry's upstream and downstream operations. The
company is trying to achieve this by acquiring its suppliers for the
processing of various medical devices as well as its customers to sell the
products directly to end consumers. The company believes that
integrating various business sectors will increase their influence in the
medical device industry and enable them to sell quality products at
affordable prices. The company also has other long-term plans if the
domestic market segment already has a strong foundation they will
expand beyond the domestic market and into the Southeast Asian market
by affiliated with foreign companies.
