What successes and challenges have there been?

February 1 – Remote work: Monthly report preparation for January. Updating Car-log for the
last month.

February 3 – Virtual working meeting with UNDP, YCCD. Topic - “Clarifications on the selection
process”

February 6 - Virtual working meeting with Marta, UNDP, YCCD. Topic - “Project selection
guidelines, next steps” . Coaching to Selection Committee Members on the selection process
(2nd phase) . Communication with FAO and UNDP about the FAO request to have access to
applications.

February 9 - Prepared and sent a report to UNDP about the results of the first SCM meeting, the
short-listed applicants by settlements (visualized on the map), sectors (civil society, business and
public) and project sectors (Agricultural primary production, environmental protection, social,
cultural, business, integrated) grouped and summarized. Approved the short list with the LAG
board.

February 13 - Business training provided by BSC Consulting.

February 14 – Business training provided by BSC Consulting. Prepared and distributed to UNDP
the report on short-listed applications according to sectors between UNDP and FAO, in order to
direct them to the business consulting organization and relevant sector experts. Also filled and
sent to UNDP the form about training needs in the LAG management.

February 20 - Q&A online session about the LAGs' Grants Competition 2nd phase. Organization
of the Marta’s monitoring visit to Tashir - AB office.

February 21 - Working meeting with Marta, UNDP, YCCD in Dilijan.

February 22 - Business consulting provided by BSC in Tashir.

February 23 - Monitoring visit with Marta to Tashir, AB office (meeting with AB staff, LAG
president, Board).
February 27 - Presentation of the selection process for the members of the LAG SCM members
provided by UNDP.
