Attitudes and values are a series of actions of employees in organizations that exert mutual

influence on each other. An individual's attitude will be influenced by the value of a job done and
accept it positively or negatively. Their assessment of a job they want to do is either positive or
negative will determine the level of job satisfaction they experience and will then affect the actions
they take from the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the work they do. Dyer (1995) expressed the
attitude of playing an important role because in the work team each member needs the other to
achieve the objectives that have been set. The higher the comfort of an employee performing work,
the higher the commitment that will be given by him which leads to an improvement in the
performance of the work shown by the individual. Therefore, each employee should have positive
aspects that can contribute to the activities and processes in the organization to achieve the goals and
success of the organization.
