The main aim of this Project is to learn Business Process Engineering practically in
real life, implemented in an organization, Software house, Institute, or Department etc.
There are three main parts of this Project. The two parts you have completed in the
form of Assignment 3 and Assignment 4. The remaining part require the following:

1. Make a combine report that must include all steps for Business Process
Engineering.
a. Prepared questionnaire. (Assignment 3)
b. Interview the actors/stack holders. (Assignment 4)
c. Present Model of Operation (PMO) Diagram. (Assignment 4)
d. Analysis on PMO. (Assignment 4)
e. Finding the gap. (gap analysis) (Assignment 4)
f. How you fill the gap and preparing the Future Model of Operation (FMO)
Diagram.
g. FMO analysis and its implementation in Bizagi Studio.
2. Presentation.
a. Must be specific.
b. Not more than 10 slides excluding group information and
Question/thanks slide.
c. Proper dressing.

Note: Keep in mind the Business Process Modeling aspects for example: Value to the customer, type of
activities, gates, events, activities, Lean principle, PMO, FMO, Gap Analysis, stockholders etc.

Note about Groups:

There must be not more than two students in a group.
