Specialized Itinerary for Delhi – Manali – Amritsar (09 Days)

Onward Journey by Flight & Return Journey by III Tier A/C

Day 01 | 14.03.23 | Mumbai – Delhi
Assemble at Mumbai International Airport
Depart to Delhi by Flight as per the schedule.
On arrival airport proceed to hotel & Check In.
After Lunch visit to Red Fort & Qutub Minar.
Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 02 | 15.03.23 | Delhi
Morning breakfast, visit to the Supreme Court
Lunch will be served; Dinner & Overnight stay at
Hotel.
(NOTE: ONLY FIRST 50 STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE LIVE PROCEEDINGS OF SUPREME
COURT REST STUDNETS WILL VISIT THE SUPREME COURT PREMISES ONLY.)

Day 03 | 16.03.23 |Delhi – Manali
Morning checkout, Breakfast and visit of Parliament
Tour, after Lunch; Evening proceed to Manali, Enroute
Dinner will be served (Overnight Journey by Bus).
(NOTE: PARLIAMENT VISIT WILL BE FOR ALL 90 STUDENTS).

Morning arrive at Manali, check into hotel, After Lunch
visit to Hadimba Temple, DJ & Dinner; Overnight stay
at Manali.

Day 05 | 18.03.23 | Manali
Morning breakfast and visit to Solang Valley (Snow
Point). Enjoy adventure activity at your own cost
Evening free time for leisure. Dinner, Bonfire &
Overnight stay at Manali.

Day 06 | 19.03.23 | Manali - Amritsar
Morning After Breakfast we visit to famous Kullu Shawl
Factory, where we can buy Kullu shawls and other
woolen products & Enjoy white water rafting (at your
own cost) at Beas River. After Dinner proceed to
Amritsar (Overnight Journey)

Day 07 | 20.03.23 | Amritsar

Morning arrive at Amritsar Check into hotel and
rest. After Lunch visit to Wagha-Atari Border,
Dinner & Overnight stay at Amritsar

Morning Checkout, breakfast and visit to Jallian
Wala Bagh & Golden Temple, Dinner Enroute &
Depart to Mumbai by Train III Tier A/C

Arrive at Borivali railway station

We will coordinate with the following Venues visit but subject to the permission granted by
them.

Inclusions:
 Air Journey: Mumbai – Delhi by economy class.
 Train Journey: Amritsar - Mumbai – Delhi by Train III Tier A/C
 Road Journey: Travel by comfortable Bus as mentioned above.
 Accommodation: 3 stars hotel Accommodation will be provided or Equivalent.
 Meal: Unlimited Buffet Pure Veg / Jain Food /Chinese / South Indian / Punjabi.
During Hotel stay at the time of Dinner Non veg will be served
 Tour Cost: Rs.23000/- per head by (Rate is on quad sharing basis per room)
 During Road Journey unlimited mineral water will be provided.
 Insurance cover of students & teachers sum assured upto Rs.1,00,000/- only.
 Professional & experienced Tour Manager & escorts will lead the tour and be assured of
Courteous Service from Tour Manager.
 Entrance fees of all sightseeing places are included in the itinerary.

Exclusions:
 Any kind of personal Expenses or optional tours/Extra Meals Ordered
 Rafting, Sports activities, Ropeway rides, Cable rides, Paragliding, Boat Ride etc.
 Anything specifically not mentioned in the “Inclusion” Column
 We are not responsible for any additional cost incurred due to unforeseen circumstances
like natural calamities, strikes, etc.
 Any personal requirement like Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, food or soft drink
which is not part of a set group menu.
 Any sightseeing or excursion that is not mentioned in the itinerary.
 GST 5% on the Tour Cost mentioned.

Cancellation Policy:
 No Refund on Cancellation
Remarks
 There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
 Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The
Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle. If the
coach / vehicle are accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be
required to pay compensation for the same.

Special Note
 Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security
reason like: Aadhar card, Driving License, Passport.
 All rates are valid for Indian national only.
 The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 BLS students are required to get signed consent form from their parents only.

Payment Method

 1st Installment of Rs.10,000/- (ONLY CASH) for booking amount shall be

paid from 25th January 2023 to 2nd February 2023.
 2nd Installment of Rs.13,000/- (ONLY CASH) for balance amount shall be
paid on or before 20th February 2023.
 Any student paying the booking amount after the due date (2 nd February
2023), the rates shall be revised as applicable.
 Aadhar Card is Mandatory for Registration along with the payment money.
 First come first serve basis is calculated on payment on first Installment.
