Respectfully Sheweth;

1) That the petitioner while working as Constable in District

Police Jhang was awarded penalty of “compulsory

retirement from service” by Additional SP Jhang vide order

dated 11.10.2007, against which he filed above tilted service

appeal before this Tribunal, which was decided by learned

Member-II, PST vide order dated 02.06.2014 (Annexure-“A”).

2) That in Line 03 of Para 01, Line 04 of Para 02 and Line 15

of Para 4 of the above said order dated 02.06.2014 the words

“Dismissal from Service” was erroneously written instead of

the words “Compulsory retirement from Service” due to

typographical mistakes.

3) That due to these typographical mistakes, implementation of

above said order dated 02.06.2014 of this Tribunal is kept

pending in the office of DPO Jhang. Therefore, kind

indulgence of this Tribunal is requested to make the

correction to the extent of above said words, in the interest of

justice.

PRAYER:

Keeping in view above mentioned circumstances and

humble submissions, it is most respectfully prayed that correction

in Line 03 of Para 01, Line 04 of Para 02 and Line 15 of Para 04

of order dated 02.06.2014, passed by this Tribunal in appeal

No.369/2013 may very kindly be made substituting the words

“Dismissal from Service” into “Compulsory retirement from

Service”.
