This temporary pass is only to be used when you are stuck or not yet ready to submit a certain Performance Task or Written
Work, and you already see the need to proceed to the next part/s of the module in order for you not to be left behind. This is
called a “temporary pass” because you are still required to submit the final output once you are done with it on/before the given
due date. Before using this pass, make sure to take note of the following:
1. This does not mean that you are excused from submitting a completed output. You are still expected to complete
and comply with the given activity.
2. This does not guarantee that your output will receive a perfect score. This will still depend on the quality of your
work.
3. This is only applicable and accepted before the due date indicated in the Performance Task or Written Work where
you use this pass. This is not to be used as an excuse to submit beyond the given due dates. Late submission may
be subjected to a deduction or a score of zero.
4. This is to be used in MIL subject only and is not recognized in all subject. You are then prohibited to
reuse/submit/copy this document for other purposes aside from this subject’s activities. Improper usage of this
document is equivalent to removal of your rights in using temporary passes in this subject.
5. By signing the oath below, you agree with all the stated terms and conditions.
