5. Meal plan helps you become more aware of how much money you’re spending on food.
6. It is a simple and a great way to organize meals.
7. It reduces risk of making poor food choices.
8. It reduces stress about what you will eat and have to find something last minute.
9. It makes you aware of all your meals and snacks and keeps you accountable to.
10. It helps you to ensure you’re eating a variety of different foods.
