Greetings from H.S SOLUTIONS, as per our discussion, We are pleased to share final itinerary for Bali as
follows

Date of Departure: 13th February, 2023

Hotel: Hotel Adhi Jaya Kuta

Itinerary:
DAY-1: DEPARTURE FOR BALI(SNACK BOX PROVIDED )
Gather at Indra Gandhi International Airport at 1900Hrs outside Departure terminal. Then proceed to
Boarding counter via security check. Give your luggage and collect your boarding passes. Then Proceed to
immigration via Security. Board your flight as per above details shared.

NOTE:
1. Make sure to web check-in at-least 24 hours prior to arrival.
2. We will provide food though you need to carry your own food for consumption till 2350 Hrs at
airport.

DAY-2: BALI ARRIVAL. HOTEL. RELAX (HIGH TEA,DINNER)

Reach Bali airport at noon, get your immigration done and come out. You will be received and transferred to
hotel. Proceed for check-in. Rooms allocation will be done as per pre defined room allocation. High tea at
hotel. Rest of the day off.

At 20:00 hrs, get picked up for your Dinner. Have your buffet dinner in Indian Restaurant. Return to hotel.
Overnight In hotel.

DAY-3: ULAN DANU TEMPLE- TANAH LOT TEMPLE (BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER)
Wake up and have your breakfast in the hotel. Sharp at 0900 Hrs get transferred to ULUN DANU TEMPLE.
You will also be visiting Taman Ayun temple and Pacung hills view point. Now have your lunch in restaurant.

Continue with your visit to Tanah Lot Temple. Its one of the most sacred temples in Bali.
Re gather at pre designated spot and transfer to Indian restaurant for dinner. After dinner transfer to hotel.
Overnight in hotel.

DAY-4: WATER SPORTS- ULUWATU (BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER)

Wake up and have your breakfast in the hotel. At 0900 Hrs,get transferred to Tanjung Benoa Beach for water
activities. Water activity package is part of your sightseen Have lunch after activities. Now proceed for
Uluwatu temple. At 2000 Hrs, get picked up and transfer to Indian restaurant for Dinner. Later transfer to
Hotel. Overnight in hotel.

DAY-5: UNIVERISTY VISIT. INDUSTRY VISIT(BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER)

Wake up and have your breakfast in the hotel. Today is the most important day of your Bali Visit. You will be
Visiting a Prestigious Bali Institute for your Education visit. Here you will be attending a special lecture
curated only for you by the professor of the institute, This 3 hours session will give you great insight into
global educational system followed by High tea. Later get transferred for your lunch.

After lunch, we will be visiting a local Silver processing unit, to understand the making of high quality silver
jewellery which is in huge demand across the globe.

Transfer to restaurant for dinner. Return to hotel. Overnight in hotel.

DAY-6: KINTAMANI HIGHLAND. UBUD TOUR. (BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER in flight)
Wake up and have your breakfast in the hotel. At 1000 Hrs, leave for visit to Celuk and Mas village. These are
ethnic Bali village each famous for its own traditional handicrafts. Later transfer to Kitanmani Highland view
point. Kintamani is the largest active volcano in Bali.

Have your lunch. Continue your sightseen with visit to Tampak Siring. Further we will visit Ubud Royal
Palace. After Palace, we will drop you at local market for shopping.

Later get transferred for Dinner. Return to hotel. Overnight in hotel.

DAY-7: DEPARTURE DAY

Have your breakfast in hotel. Check-out and board your buses to get transferred to Airport for your
flight back to home. Reach Delhi at 2250 Hrs.End of our services.

NOTE:

• Everybody carry their Double Vaccination certificate in Print. Install Arogya setu app and

4. 4 Lunch and 5 Dinners in restaurants.

5. 1 hIgh tea in hotel on arrival.1 high tea in University.
6. Local sightseen as per itinerary
7. All transfers and sightseen on PVT basis
8. Service of a tour manager from India.
9. 1 English speaking local guide.

EXCLUSIONS
1. Any porter charges and monument entry fees.
2. Any personal nature expenditure.
3. Anything not mentioned under cost included items.
4. Any uses in the hotel like telephone, laundry personal order etc.
5. Any damage/destroy in the hotel room by clients, will be directly chargeable to clients.
6. Any kind of unforeseen expenses due to change in policy, Rate of exchange or other environmental
calamity or medical treatment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates mentioned in this contract are applicable only for this Conference/Leisure Trip/Offsite/Training
Program/Event to be held on the date mentioned in this proposal.
2. Early check-in and late check-out will be charged additionally as per subject to the hotel policies. If there be
any reduction in the minimum guaranteed number of pax.
3. H.S Tour Solutions will charge on the minimum guaranteed number of pax as per the contract and if the
number of pax increases, then the billing will be done on the actual number of pax.
4. We would require the signed copy of the contract along with advance payment on the day of signing this
contact.
5. We would require the request for additional services if there any, in writing before 10 days from the
departure date of Conference/Leisure Trip/Offsite/Training Program/Event and it will be charged extra.
6. All Government policies/regulations prevalent during the time of signing the contract will apply. H.S Tour
Solutions will not be held responsible for any subsequent changes in the government policies, rules and/or
regulations. Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services, H.S Tour Solutions only as
agent for Transportation Companies, Hotels, Car operators, Event Management.
7. H.S Tour Solutions reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage, to change the itinerary with
or without notice and at its sole discretion, if found to be in the best interest of all concerned.
8. All disputes will be settled subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts as per the Laws Prevalent in India at the
time of signing the contract.
9. Stage makers, dancer, celebrities and all other contractors, and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility
for:
i. Any loss, damage or miss-happening what so ever to any person, luggage or property during
the entire journey or at the place of stay or during sightseeing or any adventure or other
activity.
ii. Delay or alteration in programs or expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.
iii. Strikes, vehicle breakdown, sickness, or civil unrest and other problems beyond the control
of the company
