Over the past ten years or so, the media have frequently carried reports of how

many people do not collect separately their waste. A couple of solutions to this, that
could be made by the government in order to be sure of the fact that there is an
improvement, are implementing a new law to make anyone respect the
environment and also providing some bins so that people cand individually select
regularly.

There have undoubtedly been significant changes in the field of nature, especially
pollution, over the last century. An obvious example of this is the contamination of
the indoor and outdoor environment by any chemical, physical or biological agent. It
is thought that were the government to make a law that would force everyone to
recycle, almost every citizen would do that because of the penalty. For instance,
people would be even more careful with what happends and how much waste they
produce. However, creating and implementing a new rule takes a lot of time and
effort from the authority.

Additionally, on account of how many people are on earth, if most of them would
recycle, it would have a massive impact on the environment, making it better. The
situation has been exacerbated by the poor motivation and material deficiency. As
regards the most appropriate response to this situation, one suggestion would be to
invest in some selective collection of the recyclable waste, in order for people
to recycle at home and at work too. Unfortunately, not a large number of citizens
would individually select unless they are obligated to do so.

On ballance, it would appear that implementing a law would be more effective than
attempting to produce recycling bins.
