Technical Manager and give briefing on troubleshooting these issues.
o Make sure all activities of Operation and Maintenance Team according EHS
department instructions.
o Prepare daily shift report and present it in Meeting with LMM and TOM.
o Maintain and improve KPIs by practicing production tools six sigma, lean manufacturing, 5S and
KAIZENS ensuring 100% defect free product and maintain high line efficiency.
o Keep record for daily production posting, issue reservations, purchase requisition and plant
maintenance module in SAP.
o In order to have technically proficient team capable of delivering the plant objectives in terms of HSE
safe operating philosophy cost and plant reliability.
 Prepare the Spare Part work order and sent it for approval and provide these part to concern Department.
