THE INTRODUCTION TO INNER-CHILD

HEALING WITH THE HO’OPONOPONO PRAYER

Ho’oponopono 21 days of 🙏🏽Forgiveness & 🧘🏾‍♀️💜Reconciliation

Hoʻoponopono is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation &

forgiveness. Help your own healing process by making it right,

forgive yourself & others. Clean, cleanse & clear away pain &

resentment to connect with your highest self.

As a forgiveness practice cleanses the physical, emotional and

spiritual. Very simple The ho’oponopono prayer:

“I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.”

HOW TO PRACTICE HO’OPONOPONO
The Power Of Wholeness And Healing: Ho'oponopono
1. Step 1: Repentance – I'M SORRY. ...
2. Step 2: Ask Forgiveness – PLEASE FORGIVE ME. ...
3. Step 3: Gratitude – THANK YOU. ...
4. Step 4: Love – I LOVE YOU.

Call to mind a relationship where you would like to bring forgiveness

and healing, with a deeper connection of ease between you. (It could

be with your self) First take a few moments to center; bring the
breath to your heart; imagine a golden light infusing your heart with

compassion, gratitude and love – for yourself and for all the wonders

in your life. Now picture the person in front of you and imagine this

golden light overflowing and pouring out to them as you begin the

mantra, repeating over and over, from your heart to theirs:

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you!

THE FOUR MANTRAS
Ho'oponopono is about taking responsibility for everything that affects your

state of being. It's the art of acceptance, forgiveness, and cleansing of the

energies that you attract into your life.

I’m Sorry:
When you say' I'm sorry", you are recognizing and accepting responsibility for the actions,

thoughts, and emotions that have caused conflict to manifest into your reality.

Please Forgive Me:

The words "please forgive me" are said as a request to make amends with your

higher self and the universe alike.

Thank You:
“Thank you" is the opportunity to show gratitude to your higher self as well as the

universe for allowing your negative thoughts, actions, and emotions to be cleared.

I Love You:
"I love you" can be emitted out to the universe (God, source energy etc) as a form of

gratitude. When you use the words in this way you are saying "I love you for allowing

me this earth experience"

ORIGINAL FULL PRAYER OF THE

COMPLETE HO’OPONOPONO
By Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona
“Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, all in One. If I, my family, my relatives and

ancestors, offend your family, relatives and ancestors, in thoughts, facts, or deeds,
from the beginning of our creation to the present, We ask your forgiveness. Let this
clear, purify, release and cut off all negative memories, blockages, energies and

vibrations. Transmute these undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

To clear my subconscious of all the emotional charge stored in it, I say over and

over again during my day, the keywords of ho’oponopono: I’m sorry, forgive me, I

love you, I’m grateful. I declare myself in peace with all the people of the earth and
with whom I have outstanding debts. For this moment and in your time, for all that
I do not like in my present life: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful. I

release all those I believe to be receiving damage and mistreatment because they

simply give me back what I did to them before, in some past life: I’m sorry, forgive

me, I love you, I’m grateful.

Even though it is hard for me to forgive someone, it is me who asks that person for
forgiveness now. For this moment, all the time, for everything I don’t like in my

present life: I’m so sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful. For this sacred space

that I live day by day and with which I am not comfortable: I am sorry, forgive me, I
love you, I am grateful. For the difficult relationships to which I only keep bad

memories: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful.

ORIGINAL FULL PRAYER OF THE

COMPLETE HO’OPONOPONO

If my physical body experiences anxiety, worry, guilt, fear, sadness, pain,

pronouncement and think, “My memories, I love you. I am grateful for the

opportunity to free you and me. ” I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful.

Right now, I say I love you. I think of my emotional health and that of all my loved

ones. I love you.

For my needs and to learn to wait without anxiety, without fear, I acknowledge my

memories here at this moment: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful.
Beloved Mother Earth, who I am: if I, my family, my relatives and ancestors

mistreat you with thoughts, words, facts and actions, from the beginning of our

creation to the present, I ask your forgiveness. Let it clear and purify, release and

cut off all negative memories, blockages, energies and vibrations. Transmute these

undesirable energies into pure light and so it is.

In conclusion, I say that this prayer is my door, my contribution to your emotional

health, which is the same as mine. So be well, and as you heal, I tell you that: I’m so

sorry for the memories of pain I share with you. I apologize for joining my path to

yours for healing, thank you for being here in me. I love you for being who you are.

FORGIVENESS PRAYER
If I have harmed anyone in any way either knowingly or

unknowingly through my own confusion I ask their

forgiveness. If anyone has harmed me in anyway

either knowingly or unknowingly through their own

confusion I forgive them. And if there is a situation

that I am not yet ready to forgive, I forgive myself for

that. For all the ways that I harm myself, negate,

doubt, belittled myself, judge or be unkind to myself,

through my own confusion. I forgive myself

completely!

3. HO’OPONOPONO BENEFITS
As you practice Ho’oponopono, you clear the data in your

subconscious (Unihipili), which frees you to hear the path the

Divine has waiting for you. The more you clear the lower self of

its programming, the more your higher self (Aumakua) can

guide your way.

There is no one way to clean, more you clean, the more you

receive inspiration from the Divine. The only thing to clean is

what you feel inside. The only goal is freedom to be at Zero.

Once individuals learn and apply the basic tenets of

ho’oponopono, they may experience the following benefits:

improved mental health, especially anxiety and

depression20
reduced stress
enhanced physical well-being
increased emotional control
better relationships
more effective conflict resolution
achievement of inner peace and wholeness

HO’OPONOPONO CLEANING TIPS
1. Notice something wrong – This can be triggered by a thought, another person, an

event, or anything else. This is the stimulus. Before Zero Limits, you notice a

problem you consider out there. After Zero Limits, you realize the problem is inside.

No one can make you mad or upset; you do that inside yourself from what you

perceive outside yourself. Whatever the case, the first step is to notice you don’t feel

good. You’re angry, upset, worried, scared, or any other of a wide range of emotions

and feelings that could be labelled as unhappy.

2. Start to clean on the feeling – It’s not about cleaning on the other person, the

thought, the situation, or anything out there. Again, the problem is inside. I’m the

one aware of a problem. I’m the one who has to clean it. Saying, “I love you,” “I’m

sorry,” “Please forgive me,” and, “Thank you,” is the way to clean. You can say them

in any order. Say this nonstop in your mind while feeling the problem as you

perceive it.

Awakenselflife.com
3. You can use other cleaning methods – For example, Dr. Hew Len

explained blue solar water and how it could help us: “Take a blue glass,

any colour blue, and pour regular tap water into it. Put the bottle in the
sunlight or under a light bulb (not fluorescent light) for 15 to 60 minutes. It
will solarize the water. You can add it to your drinking water, or any way

that you use water, any cooking you do, in your laundry, spray your car’s

tires before going on a trip. Blue solar water is a cleaning tool. Drink it or

use it any way that you’re using water.”

4. Let go until prompted to take inspired action – Dr. Hew Len says
that he cleans on a decision three times. If the answer is the same
after those cleanings, he takes action on it. This means that if You get
an impulse to do something to resolve the perceived problem, clean
on it three times before actually take any action. This is a way to
ensure the action is coming from inspiration and not memory.

5. Repeat
