AFFIDAVIT OF NO INTEREST

I, ANTONIO C. LANUZA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident

of 21 Justice Arellano St., IVS, Marikina City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state the
following:

1. That I am the same ANTONIO C. LANUZA, who witnessed the execution of a

Deed of Sale between Manuel Alberto Jr. and......over a property, copy of which is
attached hereto.

2. That I am not related to any of the parties in this Deed of Sale

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

for whatever legal purposes that this statement may serve.
