monitor risk control and financial resources to mitigate the adverse effect of loss

 The possibility of an event happening that will have an impact on the
achievement of objectives
 
3. Internal Control
 A set of policies a firm employs to safeguard assets, ensure accurate and reliable
accounting records and information, promote efficiency and measure compliance with
established standards.
 There should be separation of duties

4. Compliance
 Ensure that the organization complies with society's legal and regulatory rules
 
5. Administration
 How to manage the operations
