The Bicol University will join and attend the 42nd Annual National Convention of Campus
Advisers and 26th Annual National Convention for Student Leaders from March 7-10, 2023,
at Baguio Teachers Camp, Baguio City, Philippines with the theme: “Connectivity 2023:
LEAD through borderless community” L-eadership Essentials, E-nnovation-driven, A-
dversity Resilience, and D-ynamic Energy.

In this connection, the undersigned would like to request from your good office to excuse the
College Student Council President, Mr. John Patrick S. Fabilane, from his teaching
internship from Tuesday-Friday, March 7-10, 2023. The CSC President will automatically be a
participant in the said convention, and his presence is important to represent the student body.

We are looking forward to your favorable approval and your support for the endeavors of the
Bicol University, especially the College Student Council.
