& projects the “Gulayan sa Paaralan” in preparation for the District Contest in
Gulayan sa Paaralan with the partnership to the Department of Agriculture.

In connection with this, we are requesting vegetable seeds, fertilizers, poly bags,
plastic mulch and agricultural tools from your good office to support the said program &
projects. Your support will greatly help us keep the cost of our other expenses and to
buy other needs in the preparation of the said activity this coming October, 2022.

This agreement entered into and executed to support the Gulayan sa Paaralan
Project for income generating of the school for the SY: 2021-2022 of Burirao Proper
Elementary School, Burirao, Narra, Palawan.

By and Between

DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

WHEREAS, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE will help, support and donates

vegetable seeds, and other materials to be used for Gulayan sa Paaralan Project for
SY: 2022-2023.

Whereas, BURIRAO PROPER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL shall take responsibility

to take good care and maintain the Gulayan sa Paaralan Project for income
generating project of the school.

This agreement takes effect on October 22, 2021.

to take good care and maintain the Gulayan sa Paaralan Project for income generating
project of the school.

This agreement takes effect on October 21, 2021.
