LOGO
This restaurant's logo features the

iconic, Greek Ionic pillar topped

with a pot and lid. The island of

Santorini, Greece, represents the

blue (endeavour) hue because it is

the most well-known destination in

all of Greece. This font used is

Norse, its an ancient Greek font.


LOCATION
Worli, Mumbai, India

Worli is a neighbourhood in

South Mumbai that is known for

its posh buildings with gorgeous

sea views. The area has a

gorgeous promenade,

overlooking the Arabian Sea and

the spellbinding Bandra Worli

Sea Link.
The climate is tropical. In winter,

there is much less rainfall than in

summer. The average annual

Plate smashing is a tradition from Greece, where people
smash plates together. It has been used to signal the end
and the beginning, to ward off evil spirits and to express
abundance. It is speculated that the tradition started to
display wealth in ancient times.
Nowadays, plaster copies of plates are smashed to
prevent injury and reduce costs. It can be recycled later
to reduce wastage.

produce. While the dishes have been given
a contemporary touch, the flavours remain
authentic. The gastronomic scene in
Mumbai is extremely diverse and given that
