I am a highly passionate pedagogist and educational neuropsychologist with more than five years of
experience in the academic field. I am writing to express my interest in the learning designer role at
Open Data Institute. So I have the opportunity to work and learn close to a team full of dedication and
passion for education like myself. 
 
Open Data Institute aligns with my career experience and goals. I strive for my work to impact other
people and provide learning opportunities that can contribute to the growth of people and companies.
I come from Mexico, where education is one of the leading social problems, and most of the population
does not have access to quality education. In this context, I became passionate about the education
sector—being able to provide people with resources with a high educational and curricular value will be
a great satisfaction for my both personally and professionally.

My experience in education through my professional and educational path has leveraged my analytical
and critical thinking. As a result, I developed a resilient and problem-solving attitude that allowed me to
succeed in different areas. In addition, I have learned to work in a multi-disciplinary way, which has
helped me develop flexibility and learn from multiple disciplines adding value to my work. 
I have worked in curriculum design, elaborating ebooks for schools and using platforms like moodle and
canvas daily. As a result, I have been able to design technological tools that improve people's skills,
looking for the most appropriate way to achieve significant learning and personal goals.
 
I am confident that my skill set, experiences, appetite for impact, improvement, and educational passion
and knowledge are an excellent match for the role requirements and the team. I look forward to hearing
back and discussing the role and my experience further.
