Sirs,

As a continuous improvement, following changes have been implemented in cylinder head assembly of Pulsar
NS200/NS200-FI & RS200.

Modification / Identification details:

 Cylinder head — modified for cam shaft bearing resting
 Camshaft – dimension changed
 Rocker Arm – Length increased
 Plate stopper rocker arm shaft, Spacer cam shaft, Sleeve & O Ring – Dimension changed

O ring groove provided in cylinder head Camshaft bearing resting area increased by 3 mm. O ring
groove deleted from cylinder head.
 Cam Shaft Assembly
