What is the case study about?

1. eN Technologies has not approached any Venture Capital or Investment Partner for its
working & seed capital requirement since its inception. Is it a right decision amidst the stories of
growth through the seed and venture capital investment worldwide? What is your opinion?

ANS:- .It is difficult to make a definitive statement on whether it was the right decision for eN
Technologies to not approach any venture capital or investment partners for working and seed capital
requirements since its inception. While venture capital funding can provide startups with a significant
injection of capital and valuable connections, it often comes at the cost of equity and control. eN
Technologies has been able to grow and establish itself as a top software support company in Gurgaon
without venture capital funding. This suggests that the company has been able to sustain itself through
its existing revenue streams and customer base.

However, it is important to note that eN Technologies may have missed out on potential growth
opportunities that could have been facilitated by venture capital funding. Additionally, without
additional capital, the company may find it challenging to scale its operations or enter new markets.

3. Having a taste of two product failures in a row within a year, launching a couple of SaaS and Cloud
based software products is a wise decision?

previous products may indicate that eN Technologies does not have the necessary expertise or

ANS:- Other avenues for eN Technologies to increase its customer base and business development could
include:

Leveraging social media and content marketing to build brand awareness and attract new customers

Offering referral incentives to existing customers to encourage them to refer new business

Participating in industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners

Offering free trials or demos to potential customers to encourage them to try the company's products
and services.

5. Are futuristic measures and steps planned by the company sufficient enough for its future growth
or something otherwise can be advised to the top management of eN Technologies?
