Managing Emotions
Is your emotion based on the event that you are into or based on how you
created it in your mind?
- My emotional reactions are usually caused by my thoughts and
sometimes our psychological appraisal of a situation is informed by our
experiences, background, and culture. Therefore, different people may
have different emotional experiences of similar situations.
- Emotions are often the driving force behind motivation whether positive or
negative )and are expressed and communicated through a wide range of
behaviors, such as tone of voice and body language. It reacts to a scenario you
are dealing with.
- Myself, because if I don’t behave in a public or crowded place, the people around me
could get in trouble and we don’t want that to happen and be involved In a situation.
