Islam itu apa

Islam is the religion that is stand by five pillars, there are Faith or Shahada, Prayer, Charity or
zakat, fasting, and pilgrimage.
actually there so many definition of islam. One of them is islam rahmatan lil alamiin. Islam
Rahmatan Lil alamin means Islam teaches love to all human beings, nature and environment.
As in the hadith from Sahih Bukhari 6018

From this hadith is the proof that islam teach us to being good to other people especially to
the neighbor and the guest. Not only being kind to other people but islam also teach us to
be kind to animals as in the hadith 17
an-nawawi that the Messenger of Allah PBUH said: Verily Allah has prescribed ihsan
(proficiency, perfection) in all things. So if you kill then kill well; and if you slaughter, then
slaughter well. Let each one of you sharpen his blade and let him spare suffering to the
animal he slaughters.”

From these two hadiths we know that islam is really beautiful. Right?
2. Islam itu indah
the beauty of Islam is part of the religion that makes Islam stand out. Some of the beauties
of Islam are Qur’an, where is in the Quran we can find the answer of our questions about
life.
Another beauties of islam is Islam bring happiness, this is what islam teaches us, for all God’s
commandments aim to bring happiness to the individual.
Next is Islam is respect, for humanity and the universe in which we live. Islam states clearly
that it is the responsibility of each member of the human race to treat creation with respect,
honor and dignity.
for that we must further increase our faith in Islam.
3. tauhid
And there is no reason to not be believing in Islam. Believing in Islam means that we believe
to Allah. Believe in Allah means tawheed. Actually, there are 3 types of Tawheed. First is
tawheed ar rububiyah it is to believe in Allah’s Omnipotence. Allah is the Originator of
creation.
Second, tawheed uluhiyah, it is about worship of Allah. It means that all forms of worship
belong only to Allah
Last, tawheed asma wa sifat, it is to single out Allah’s names and attributes as described in
the Qur’an and Hadith without comparing, explaining, negating or distorting any of His
names or attributes.
1. who is Prophet Muhammad?
Prophet Muhammad SAW is a human chosen by Allah who was sent to spread the religion of
Islam. Prophet Muhammad SAW was born on 12 RabiulAwal the Year of the Elephant or 570
Masehi in Mecca. He is the son of Abdullah bin 'Abdul Muttalib who works as a trader, while
his mother is Aminah bint Wahb.

2. Uswatun hasanah
The Prophet was a trustworthy and honest person before he received revelation. He never
betrayed anyone, neither did he lie or cheat. He was known to people as ‘Al-Ameen’, or ‘The
Trustworthy’. People would entrust him with their valuables when they wanted to travel. He
was also known as ‘As-Sadiq’ or ‘The Truthful’ for he never told a lie.

3. The Miracle
The miracle that Allah gave to the Prophet Muhammad, first is Qur’an. The Qur'an is the
greatest miracle that Allah gave to the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Second, splitting the moon. The story of the miracle of the Prophet Muhammad occurred
when the disbelievers challenged Muhammad to prove his prophethood by splitting the
moon. Then Muhammad pointed to the moon. Then by the will of Allah, the moon is divided
into two.
Third, isra mi’raj. another miracle of the Prophet Muhammad was the journey of the
Prophet Muhammad from the Grand Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque and continued from
Baitul Maqdis to Sidratul Muntaha. At the end of this journey, the Prophet Muhammad
received the command to pray.
Those are several miracles that Allah gave to Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
4. The love for his people
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) cared about his people. Every Salat he always prays for us.
Even for the people are abused, he prays for them. in every night his prayers, Prophet
Muhammad didn’t stop asking Allah to forgive his people for liberation from punishment.
As we know Prophet Muhammad really love his Ummah. And may Allah make you means of
others to gain the intercession of Muhammad. Barakallah fikum
