The 3 years that I've been in this job have helped me, to improove and aquire
skills such as scheduling, organizing and following executive meetings, helping
with international clients. Always giving the needed suport, looking to turn the
meetings as easy and functional as they can.
In adition to all of that, I also structured a organizing method that helped with
the maintance of the meeting rooms (cleaning, IT support and others)
I first started as a floor seller at Mr. Jones as my first job out of my hometown,
in this company I've made a significant emprovement in my skillset with people
and comunication. The store gave me training on how to listen and prioritize
the client.
When finaly I got my own team to lead, I hired selles that worked with
commitment, and by my leadership we delivered great results month after
month.
