organization. SFSS provides training on client standard operating procedures/post orders and all staff are licensed
by the relevant Statutory Authorities (ASSD, PSCOD & SIRA).

Kindly note that, once the quotation is approved, you will be requested to provide us with the below listed documents
to proceed with the preparation of the security contract: -

➢ This quotation signed and stamped.

➢ A copy for the company’s valid trade license.
➢ A copy of the VAT certificate.
➢ A copy of passport and Emirates ID for the authorized signatory(ies).
➢ A copy of POA authorizing the signatory to sign the contracts on behalf of your company.
➢ Your Point of Contact (POC) for operational and managerial level issues.

Kindly note that, the following costs are taken into consideration while calculating the above rates:

As per UAE Laws, our guards are covered with health insurance
Two sets with shoes and basic accessories.

For NSI / SIRA Training & ASSD / PSCOD / SIRA Licensing
For day off and annual leave relievers only

➢ Due amount for each invoice to be paid to Skill Force Security Services within 30 days, with effect from the date of
receiving the original invoice.
➢ During the Holy Month of Ramadan, official holidays and feasts, an increase of (15%) will be added to the monthly rates
of the guards in accordance with the applicable laws in UAE.
➢ Mobilization of guards could be within 30 days from receiving the official confirmation.
➢ VAT 5% will be added to the monthly invoice, as per the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
➢ Approval on the terms of this quotation is considered as an agreement until the contract is issued and duly signed by
both parties.
