Strategy donates your change

This proposal is based on creating an alliance with the Colombian store Pepe Ganga in
which for each purchase, customers are asked if they wish to donate their change to the
Blessed Fruit Foundation. In this way, both parties are benefited since Pepe Ganga, by
supporting a non-profit institution that has social purposes, allows them to obtain a donor
certificate, generating a better image of the store, in addition to contributing to reduce or
have discounts in the tax on the rent. On the other hand, Fruto Bendito, in addition to
receiving donations that allow it to help vulnerable families through its cribs, will be able
to receive greater brand recognition from families, given that Pepe Ganga is characterized
by having "parents and children" clients.
Additionally, in the five stores with the highest sales in Pepe Ganga, a stand will be
installed inside the stores with the objective of promoting the foundation and how the
cribs were created. This represents a great opportunity for Fruto Bendito to get more
donors since, as previously mentioned, Pepe Ganga's target market is families, so those
customers understand with better precision and are intimately involved with the situation
of babies and children who are in a state of vulnerability, attracting in a better way their
attention and subsequently inviting them to donate.
