Dear Ma’am,

 Revised Packing list

We have already filed a shipping bill according to your invoice and the packing list of all supporting documents uploaded to
the e-sanchit portal.

Custom Guidelines Mandatory uploading of specified documents on E-Sanchit: The Board (CBIC) has decided to
mandatorily require uploading on E-SANCHIT, for every shipping bill, Invoice/ Invoice cum packing list etc.

 Navistar part no is matching with invoice and packing list, but why you had open the boxes without any approval.

Once we cart the cargo or goods into a customs area, we follow customs rules and regulations as per the Customs Act
1962.

 Is there any approval for opening the box????

For the purpose of verification, the proper officer may order examination or testing of the exported goods. The proper officer
may also require production of any relevant document. Or ask the exporter to furnish any other relevant information.

Remarks: -

 Appropriate orders for examination before shipments are allowed export are given on the Shipping Bill. The Customs staff in
the docks/cargo complexes/ICDs examines the goods meant for export on percentage basis and allows shipment if there are
no discrepancies misdeclarations etc., and no prohibitions/violations come to light.

 Appropriate penal action as per law is initiated where any fraudulent practices get detected during initial stage of scrutiny or
at the time of examination etc.
