Note on Boiler difference

Water Tube Boiler About

 Heat is given from the bottom and water boils in two
chambers.
 There are different capacities of storing water. Usually 220
to 400 litres of water will be the storage capacity.
 There are two chambers in the boiler. ( Inside design
attached)
 There is no water saving option in this boiler. Water also
cannot be changed online
 After cooking we need to fill the water manually.
 For heating the cold water, more fuel is required
 This is also huge in size weighting about 1500 k.g.
 Many of the Locations are in the first floor; we cannot use
this water tube boiler.
 Large size is required for outer shell. Steam generation
need to stopped while refilling the water

 Tubular boiler will have tubes inside the boiler

 This will have more efficiency , as the heat touches all part
of water very fast
 Online filling of water. There is no limitation of water
filling, any amount of water can be circulated and steam
can be generated
 This is light weight and more advanced
 When one drop of water is used for steam, next water
drop will enter the system automatically. This will help to
reduce the time required for heating the water
 Effectively save water and fuel
 Can be relocated easily
 When Water Tube boiler takes long time for cooking, this
boiler will help to generate as much steam require for the
system
