It is argued that, the success of a organization depends on the worktendency of employees

First of all, in my opinion,companies have to incline their quality of products that their
employees use.

if they increase the usage of instruments, the comfort zone of teams who work for them will
increase. If employees are not happy then they will leave the company for other
opportunities. As a result, the organization will lose out on many of the efficient
employees and will suffer to deliver quality goods. In addition, if the services of the
enterprise are not up to the mark then customers will suffer. This leads to a decline
in the customer base of the firm and hence, the business suffers.

Additionally, the majority of employers, when they employ people to the company, make a
mistake of not explaining the aim of the company. Secondly, they have to introduce the new
worker with other group of organization. because if they don’t, frigid relationship will happen
between workers and it can have significant impact on the procedure of company.
However, if they do these structure correctly, there will be good atmospher between partners

Moreover, some ways of achieving this harmony at work would be to organise company
retreats or provide employees with the opportunity to exercise or destress in ways such as
playing table tennis, caroms and even watching movies. these activities have a perfect
impact on workers. Likewise, these impacts take them to success.

in conclusion, employers have to motivate their employees and also creat a comfort zone for
them. Consequently, if all these processes happened and again the company can not
develop, it means, the problem is in employees. that is why, employees have to check the
statistic of the company annually.
