Dear Sir Francis,

I would like to request from your good office if I can take a work beak using my
“rest day duty” last 2022. I am hoping to use these accumulated rest days to have 5 days
leave for me to have a personal Break/rest from March 27-31, 2023. My work
resumption will be April 1, 2023.
I already sent my work schedule to Dr. Oliver Dennis O. Lao that during my
absence, Construction Supervisor Engr. Roy Richard Macabodbod will be in-charge for
our section operation requirements (Please see attached approved work schedule.)
