As a group member and also a team player, I initiated formulation of a schedule for
proceeding with the assignment in accordance with the comfort of all. The schedule helped us
to abide by the limited time given to us for brainstorming as well as presenting. Also, I
initiated discussions in the group wherein all the members could give their points and lead the
assignment forward.
Furthermore, in the research paper, I analysed some of the areas that enriched my own
learning about presentation. I realised the importance of social cognitive perspective on self-
directed learning and developing great oral presentation skills. In addition, I assessed the
multi-media-based intervention and its effects on a person’s oral presentation skills. Also, I
elucidated the gaps that I could identify which could provide scope for some future research.
