Gas Lift for Marginal Wells

The Titan compressors ability to handle a wide range of suction and discharge pressures makes it the
perfect compressor for Gas Lift injection projects.

With high volume fluid handling capabilities, the Titan can sit at the wellhead, so no buy back gas is
needed, no meter and no expensive lines must be run back to the wellhead saving time and money.

A simple system that operates as needed to either go to sales or when the well needs help in lifting
fluids, injecting down the casing or coil until lift is achieved and then all gas is directed back to sales.

With the intermitted injection system, the formation is not over-pressured allowing it to do as much
of the work in lifting fluids until the gas to fluid ratio begins to get out of balance. When the system
senses that loading is beginning to occur the discharge, valve closes, and all gas is directed down the
casing until lift is again achieved. Then the discharge valve opens, and all gas is directed to sales. This
intermitted injection system and steady lift of fluids can result in a 200-300 psi drop in casing pressure
and that can lead to a well bore cleanup and production increase that can continue over time as near
wellbore fluids are reduced.

With the Titans high discharge pressure of 450 psi and usually no downhole work needed this is a
simple solution to older wells that no longer have the gas to fluid ratio to continuously lift fluid. Many
times wells with bottom hole pressures of up to 700- 800 psi can be good candidates because the Titan
compressor reduces tubing pressures at a higher rate and pull much lower than standard line pressures
so you will have a deeper u-tube and injection can begin when casing drops below 400 psi. A simple
system that is set up right for success.
