Assessment of the enrollment system

process in ACLC College in Butuan

1.1 Background

There are step by step and guidelines procedures during enrollment in ACLC College
of Butuan. The students are required to finish all Students obligation due the institution
policies from Accounting’s, Registrar’s, OSAS, up to Dean’s office. For new students will
have fixed subjects to be taken for upcoming semesters. For the transferee students, the
Registrar will give the subjects and credited subjects. For evaluation of the subject that has
been taken, and advising with the Dean per department that is manually using the evaluation
form. Subjects taken together with the grades from last semester are required to submit to
Dean for the evaluation. Next is back to the assessment wherein the students must fill out the
registration form such as the student, dean, and registrar’s copy. The assessment form will be
given by the facilitator of the different department during enrollment and followed by the
payment of the miscellaneous and enrollment fee in the cashier.

works quickly for the students.

1.3 Research Problem/s/Objectives

As student enrollees increase every year, enrollment procedure become harder to deal
because due to the problems faced such as Poor improvement of enrollment system, Poor
Internet connection. but in spite of the problems faced it also has good results such as Provide
a hassle free enrollment, easy to generate report’s needed for enrollment and to develop an
accurate and easier way of registration for the student of ACLC College of Butuan.
